Cancellation Policy and Return Conditions

Section 1 – Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, provided that you ordered one item or several items as part of a single order and the goods are delivered together.

If you ordered several goods as part of a single order and the goods are delivered separately, the withdrawal period shall begin on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the last item, the last partial shipment, or the last piece.

by means of a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

• By submitting your withdrawal request through the online return function provided for the respective order in your customer account on our website

You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, although its use is not mandatory. (Link to Model Withdrawal Form)

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your declaration concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired, or to submit it through the online return function provided on our website.

Section 2 – Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

The costs of returning the goods shall be borne by you.

We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us at the address stated above without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Section 3 – Return Conditions

3.1 Condition of Returned Goods

Please return the goods to us, where possible, in their original condition, unopened, and in their original packaging.

If the returned goods show damage, signs of use, or any impairment affecting their characteristics, functionality, or value beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, we reserve the right to claim compensation for the resulting loss in value in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Due to hygiene and quality considerations, returned products that have been opened, used, or altered beyond what is necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics, and functioning may be subject to a reduction in the refund amount in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

3.2 Handling and Use

You may inspect the goods only to the extent that would be possible in a physical retail store.

Any use beyond such inspection shall be considered a diminution in value.

If the goods are returned in a deteriorated condition due to unnecessary use, we reserve the right to deduct the resulting loss in value from the refund amount.

3.3 Return Shipping and Packaging

Please use suitable packaging that ensures the safe transportation of the goods when returning them.

The costs of return shipping shall be borne by you.

Please retain proof of postage until the return process has been fully completed.

3.4 Processing Time for Returns

Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the goods within 3–7 business days.

The refund will then be issued in accordance with Section 2 of this Cancellation Policy.

Please note that the crediting of the refund may be delayed depending on the payment method used, as banks and payment service providers may require additional processing time.
